Bug Report: Cross-thread memory and message bleed between unrelated chats
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Create multiple persistent chat threads with clearly distinct purposes (e.g., Financial Planning Chat and Business Planning Chat).

  2. Enter one of those chats and send a message.

  3. Immediately switch to a different, unrelated thread.

  4. Observe that the system auto-pastes or mirrors the last message from the previous chat into the new thread.

  5. In addition, the assistant often begins referencing context or suggestions from that prior thread—even when completely irrelevant.

`Expected Result`

Each chat thread should be contextually sealed unless I explicitly request cross-thread interaction. The system should never carry over messages or context from one thread to another unless prompted. The user should always start a thread cleanly, without backflow from previous interactions.

`Actual Result`

The assistant not only references content from unrelated threads, but also automatically pastes the last message sent in the previous chat into the active chat window—regardless of whether the context is appropriate. This is both disruptive and confusing. If this is intended as a feature to maintain “continuity,” it’s doing the exact opposite—it injects unrelated context into highly compartmentalized workflows and actively degrades user control.

`Environment`

Android (Xiaomi MiUI), latest ChatGPT mobile app (GPT-4), memory enabled. Bug is reproducible across all chat types. It impacts both system behavior and user interface control.
