Bug Report: Sora image generation stuck at "Pick the best images"
`Steps to Reproduce`

This issue has only happened once out of all my image generations, and appears random.

  1. Create an image using a Sora prompt.
  2. Image goes to "Pick the best images from this set to help improve Sora".
`Expected Result`

A selection of several images to choose from.

`Actual Result`

The page displays a loading indicator, but never finishes loading.

`Environment`

Windows 10, Chrome 135.0.7049.96 -- but result is the same in Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome on Android, etc. This is a server-side issue.
