Bug Report: AI on ChatGPT App is different than the one on the web
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Get ChatGPT App
  2. Talk to it
  3. Go on ChatGPT Web (chatgpt.com)
  4. Talk to it
  5. Compare the conversation
  6. Notice how the AI on ChatGPT App is worse
    (for me u can see a big difference based on the custom instructions you give it)
`Expected Result`

AI in ChatGPT App should act the same as talking to it on the web

`Actual Result`

AI in ChatGPT App acts worse than on the web
