Bug Report: Incorrect ChatGPT markdown output in browser
`Steps to Reproduce`

Cannot intentionally reproduce to induce exact same output pattern.

`Expected Result`

Markdown from model should transform correctly to HTML for browser output.

`Actual Result`

During output of markdown table, some error in syntax or in the markdown/HTML conversion resulted in breaking the table and outputting some data as a code block. See screenshot.

ChatGPT with o3 in project, Firefox 137, Windows 10
