Bug Report: Translates other Languages to English
`Steps to Reproduce`

Talk in a language which uses another script with voice to text. It used to come out in that language's script, now auto translates to English.

`Expected Result`

Speak in said language (eg Japanese), voice to text input used to come out in that actual language. If I'm speaking to GPT in another language it's for a reason. Language learning, pronunciation checking etc etc.

`Actual Result`

Translates languages like Russian or Japanese to English automatically now. There is no reason for this, it used to come out in Cyrillic or Kanji/Hiragana/Katakana... I see zero benefit in this change.
