`Steps to Reproduce`

I’m writing to report a serious issue I’ve encountered in my ChatGPT account. Today, when I logged in, I noticed that my chat history appeared to be replaced or mixed with conversations that are not mine.

Specifically:

I can see multiple chat titles in the sidebar that I did not create.

When I click into them, I see full conversations, prompts, and even images that clearly belong to other users.

This raises major concerns about data privacy and account security.

Get back my personal data and explain me where it is distributed to.

No answer from any support team, i am very worried and i need a quick answer

Is there anybody knows that who i should talk to ? I have contacted all the possible way to find a solution ( Help / Emails/ LinkedIn etc. ) I have no answer ... it has been 6 hours since i found and I am so worried all my data could be seen by huge amount of people, it is really scary... anybody could help?🥵 😭

Sorry for my late answer, not really actually i changed several time of my password and it remain the same and even with new fresh coversation from the others, i was explained by support team later that it is a problem of API key but as a paid normal user, i actually could not have any API setup from my side. now the issue is solved by no explaination from them about this problem and also my data ... well no idea if it is seen by the other 3rd parties ... a bit scary when I think further ..
