Bug Report: Library counter not reset after deleting all chats

`Steps to Reproduce`

Delete all chats from history.

`Expected Result`

After deleting every chat, the Library counter should reset to 0 and show no items.

`Actual Result`

The sidebar badge still reads "123" but the Library itself is empty.

Windows 11 and Android
