Bug Report: New models ignore user requests and cut code
`Steps to Reproduce`

Send a large code with 500 lines or more, ask it to modify something and not cut anything, it returns the code with cuts, always ignoring the request.

`Expected Result`

Full code without cuts

`Actual Result`

Code full of cuts.

Windows 11, Browser.

Same problem! Its very frustrating. Code quality became as its gpt 3.5

I found a perfect solution (as for me), just switched to platform.openai playground and chose awesome o1-mini-2024-09-12/o1-preview, which was the best models for coding. They don't cut code and fix bugs very carefully and correctly
