Bug Report: Multiple accounts created due to onboarding confusion

`Steps to Reproduce`

1. Visit https://sora.com/explore and create an account.
2. Then, go to https://sora.chatgpt.com/onboarding and attempt to log in or proceed.
3. The system prompts for a username, indicating a new account creation.

`Expected Result`

The system should recognize my existing account from https://sora.com/explore and allow me to log in without creating a new account.

`Actual Result`

The system prompts me to create a new account at https://sora.chatgpt.com/onboarding, resulting in two separate accounts.
