Bug Report: Image generator in 4.5 not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

Image generator have be gone back to the dalle version in all chatgpts

`Expected Result`

Should create image in the new image generator that got rolled out to chatgpt 4xx

`Actual Result`

We was creating image with the new image generator and sudden it used the old dalle version
