Hello! It seems that Sora video generation is temporarily unavailable for new accounts due to heavy traffic. If you've never logged into Sora before, you can still generate images with Sora, but video generation is currently restricted.
For existing users, video generations are prioritized based on your ChatGPT subscription plan, with ChatGPT Pro users receiving priority. During peak hours, all users, including those on Pro plans, may experience wait times of up to several hours.
If you are a ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Pro user, you should have access to video generation features, but please be aware of potential wait times. Unfortunately, placing a support ticket may not expedite access due to these current restrictions.
