Bug Report: macOS: ChatGPT stays in the dock when no windows are open
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open ChatGPT
Go to File --> Close Window

`Expected Result`

With all windows closed, the icon in the dock should disappear (this was for a long time the default behavior)

The icon in the dock stays
