I have the following prompt but for the life of me, I cannot determine what might be causing the issue except that the illustration is off people are worried? Unhappy? I dont know:

I was able to get to finally draw the picture by fiddling with the prompt in truly meaningless ways. It wa too dark so i just said "lighten it up a bit". IT VIOLATES POLICY!?!? Should people who appear haunted not be allowed to be seen in the light of day? What am I doing wrong? How can policy be applied so inconsistently. Sometimes this is too progressive for me.

Ok, so how the following so triggering? Its getting rejected. It was pointed out to me that, with stubstanital mental gymnastics, the last prompt could be extrapolated to deal with mental health. How is the following triggering? Did I missing green people being a protected class? If it seems like I am frustrated, well these triggerings over nothing are rediculous.

The art is clean and detailed, with dynamic comic inking, bold outlines, dramatic shadows, and rich colors. The atmosphere suggests tension and mystery, in a modern fantasy TTRPG style.

Without knowing what you are really looking for, it looks okay to me except for the "standing apart" part of it. If you'd like the image to be brighter, you might try changing the color palette (eg, "vibrant" instead of "rich" colors).

Thanks. I have tried to get AI to do analysis and re-rewrite the prompt multiple times, only to get multiple rejections. I find the the nanny state to be about 50% of the time, usually over nothing rational or obvious within 6 degrees of separation.

No, the GPT ai doesn't make logical sense. If I am trying to produce a haunted (traumatized from looking into the Void) adventurer with a gun, "haunted" MIGHT be be associated with mental issues. Add in a gun and that MIGHT be associated with the concept of harm to: self?, others?. Since these exist in the same prompt this is rejected because policy writers arrogantly assume they know how the resulting MIght be used and therefore its rejected. If I ask for a stick man, will it be rejected because it might be used to stigmatize someone with anorexia?
