Bug Report: "This shared link has been disabled by moderation."

`Steps to Reproduce`

Click on the triple dots on the right of chat, or just go straight for the "Share" button next to profile pic on PC browser.
Click "Share"

`Expected Result`

For the link creation feature to work as intended and to be able to share the link.

`Actual Result`

Dialogue box pops up with the shared link box greyed out, with a red box message: "This shared link has been disabled by moderation."

If accessed from Settings | Data Control, the link appears to be created, but is broken (404 error) if you attempt to copy/paste open it in a new browser. Opening in the same browser results in success, but that's likely because i'm logged in there.
