Bug Report: Stuck on square button cant post any more messages
`Steps to Reproduce`

Refreshing the page causes conversation to get stuck so you cant post in it any more, ive tried the advice from the team who does the help for chat gpt but to no avail

`Expected Result`

Refreshing and clearing cashed images resolvied the bug

`Actual Result`

Conversation became unusable stuck on pause square button unable to submit any more messages,
