Bug Report: Image Generation Quota Not Resetting Properly
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use the image generation feature until the daily quota is reached.

Wait until the stated reset time (e.g. "3 hours and 28 minutes").

Do not generate any new images after that message.

Come back the next day and try generating a new image.

The same quota error message appears again ("You've hit your daily maximum...") even though no new images were generated that day.

`Expected Result`

The image generation quota should reset after 24 hours, allowing new images to be created.

`Actual Result`

The daily quota message ("You’ve hit your daily maximum number of images") continues to appear even after 24 hours have passed and no new images have been generated.
