Bug Report: Voice Mode never loads after clicking the button

`Steps to Reproduce`

Open ChatGPT (Microsoft Store version)

Click the Voice Mode button in the bottom-right corner

Voice Mode tries to load but freezes at that stage

App stays responsive, but ChatGPT CANT HEAR ME

`Expected Result`

Clicking the Voice Mode button should open the voice interface and chatgpt should hear me

`Actual Result`

The app doesn’t crash, but Voice Mode gets stuck and it doesn’t respond. You can still click around the app or exit the conversation, but Voice Mode stays frozen.
