Bug Report: 4o image editing not restricted to painted area
`Steps to Reproduce`
Create an image using the new 4o image generator. Include some complex text in the image, more than a few words.
Use the painting tool to make a minor edit to some small portion of the image, not including any of the text. Add an object, or delete something.
`Expected Result`
Only the area selected should be changed in the new image. Nothing outside that area should change at all.
`Actual Result`
It obeys the command to change what was selected. But minor changes happen all over the image. It's most stark with text. It tends to screw up the text, dropping words, misspelling things. But there are changes everywhere, usually subtle, but present. Sometimes, it even changes the aspect ratio of the entire image.
BTW, it also does a lot of unrequested minor changes all over the image when you don't use the edit+select tool, and it changes the aspect ratio more often.
