Bug Report: Gpt o3-mini-high fails after finishing reasoning
`Steps to Reproduce`

Run o3-mini-high on some "hard" competitive programming problem, sometimes it reports "Something went wrong." after thinking about the problem instead of outputting something.

`Expected Result`

It should at least print some solution

`Actual Result`

It crashes and says "Something went wrong". This didn't happen 2-3 days ago for the same thing!
