Unable to create consistent visuals of the characters for storytelling

I am new to the community. I wanted help in creating consistent visual characters in a storytelling form. I don't know if this is the right channel to ask this question but still hoping I will get some help with this. whenever I am prompting it creates a image which is not in sync with the previous one.
