Bug Report: GPT Advanced Voice Mode completely broken
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use advanced voice mode, and turn the camera on.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT will be able to see the cameras input and respond normally.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT starts speaking nonsense, which is reflected in the screenshot of the chat transcript.

iPhone 13 Pro

Yeah but nothing that would cause something like that to happen

just general stuff saying to respond in ways that are relevant to me

I'm pretty sure voice mode works fine, but when I turn the camera on it breaks immediately until I turn it back off

at one point it even said "I'm having trouble responding, please try again later"
