Bug Report: A message saying you can't use something is unreadable now
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use dark mode and use up your GPT-4o limits on the free tier on beta.

`Expected Result`

You can read the text normally without any problems.

`Actual Result`

You can't read it at all because the text has a color too close to the color of the box containing the text.
