Bug Report: Failed to Load

`Steps to Reproduce`

Tried to send a message in 4.5 for the first time, message worked and left and came back after 2 hours to send another

`Expected Result`

Message sent should've been responded to with a message from ChatGPT

`Actual Result`

Received loading bubble on mobile and upon opening web browser, received "Failed to load subscription: Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.. Contact support@openai.com if error persists." error message
