all my cards are declined when i try to buy balance in OpenAi Api. i tried many cards , all lead to same error.
i checked my bank transaction , nothing refused from my bank looks like Stripe declined without reasons.
can anyone help me ? i tried to contact with the customer support in the website but no one replies.
