Bug Report: Missing ChatGPT Memories
`Steps to Reproduce`

I am a ChatGPT Plus user, and I noticed that several long-term stored memories disappeared overnight without any action from my side.

Until last night, everything was intact.
This morning, multiple key memories were missing.
Some older memories remain, but others are completely gone, including details about personal contacts and past discussions.
I did NOT disable memory, delete anything, or change my settings.
Support chat is ignoring me. Initially, I received a generic response, but a

My stored memories should persist as long as memory is enabled. No data should disappear without user intervention.

`Actual Result`

Multiple stored memories vanished without explanation, even though I did not delete them. Support has not provided any solutions or explanations.

✅ Checked memory settings – Memory is still enabled.
✅ Contacted OpenAI support – No helpful response, only silence.
✅ Verified browser & app versions – Everything is up to date.

  1. Additional Context:
    This is a critical issue for a paying customer. I expect a response and a solution, or at least confirmation of what caused this. If this is a system bug, OpenAI should clarify how users can prevent future data loss.

Bro why didn't they respond to this yet
this happened to me on that exact same night 😡
All of my memories gone.
Just earlier 4/5 of my conversations vanished too
