`Steps to Reproduce`
Open ChatGPT in the browser (Chrome/Edge) or use the ChatGPT desktop application.
Attempt to convert an image containing text into a table.
`Actual Result`
Receiving the error message:
"It appears that the necessary language pack (deu.traineddata) for German text recognition is either not installed or couldn't be loaded correctly."
This happens consistently across browsers (Chrome and Edge) and in the desktop application.
