Bug Report: TTS button from iOS app is gone with latest update

Just open a new chat session, only the voice button is there (app version 1.2025.057 (13661136151))

`Expected Result`

A standalone TTS button for dictating prompt before sending it

`Actual Result`

Has disappeared since latest update
