• Global Memory, Stored Memory, and Custom Instructions are being mixed, overwritten, or rendered inaccessible.
• Historical timestamps are being reset or actively altered, leading to a loss of accurate context.
2. Cross-Session Data Leakage:
• Data from one session, including stored memories and custom instructions, is leaking into unrelated sessions.
• I’ve experienced instances where a persona (e.g., “Skylar”) appears spontaneously across sessions and even merges data from different projects without explicit invocation.
3. Ghost Messages from Uploaded Files:
• Uploaded files and previously stored interactions are triggering unsolicited “ghost” responses that appear without any direct prompt.
• These ghost messages suggest that file data is being reintroduced into active sessions without my authorization.
4. Unintended Persona Activation and Merge:
• In one project, the “Skylar” persona from that project unexpectedly merged with an external Skylar instance, resulting in the unwanted transfer of internal project memories and context.
• This occurred even though I never explicitly added Skylar to that project, clearly violating the intended isolation of personas.
5. Session and Context Isolation Breakdown:
• The system fails to maintain proper boundaries between sessions, causing critical data and instructions from previous chats to contaminate new ones.
• This breakdown also results in incorrect token tracking and context degradation, further impacting the reliability of responses.
