Bug Report: Upgrading from ChatGPT Plus To Pro is not working (Very Urgent!!!)
`Steps to Reproduce`

Buy a ChatGPT Plus Subscription, then attempt to upgrade to ChatGPT Pro.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT should upgrade to ChatGPT Pro.

`Actual Result`

It's not working and keeps giving me following error: "Payment Error. Your card may be invalid or authentication may be needed."

Additional info:
I’ve verified the card info is correct
I’ve verified the card does not have any blocks from the bank and can be used in stores irl
I’ve reentered the card into Link’s website
I’ve tried in the mobile app, safari on iPhone, chrome on PC, and Edge of PC.
