Bug Report: Enter / Return key incorrectly prints a new line instead of sending text in the chat box.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open a Microsoft Edge Browser window, Open Chat GPT, enter any model (ChatGPT 4o mini, for instance).
Type text into chat box, increase page zoom / text scaling / zoom in to 200%, then attempt to send to chat message of the text that's already in the chat box window by hitting the enter / return key.

`Expected Result`

Instead of sending the message to Chat GPT, it enters a new line instead. This is not the correct functionality.

`Actual Result`

What should happen is when you hit enter, while there is text in the chat box, this text is sent to Chat GPT for a response.
