Bug Report: Voice/conversation feature doesn't let you think
`Steps to Reproduce`

The voice feature is pretty much impossible to use for me. I pause while I'm speaking to think about what I'm going to say next, but the voice feature does not understand my intention. It assumes I'm done speaking and responds. Also, if I happen to make a sound, or swear aloud because of how frustrating this this is, immediately after it starts responding it simply discards its response and never properly answers.

`Expected Result`

Some algorithm, heuristic, other machine learning model, or literally any attempt at a function that is called when I finish speaking and tries to determine if I mean to end my prompt or not.

`Actual Result`

I guess no effort was put into this aspect of the voice/conversation feature.

`Environment`

mobile

I don't want this to be misunderstood as a feature request - the problem here is a UX bug. If it is not a UX bug, than this feature was never intended to be used for conversations (which I don't think is the case)

What you're describing is the state-of-the-art behavior of this technology. It's always in development. So unfortunately IMO your request really is a suggestion to put more effort into development of this specialized area. 😐

No, it's a UX bug. I can easily "fix" it by adding this to my prompt:

Hello, ChatGPT. Because there are some issues with this chat interface where it doesn't know when I'm done talking, if I don't end a message with the word over, then I would like you to respond with just the word continue and no other text so that I may continue speaking.
