I'm reaching out today because I'm dealing with a serious issue regarding OpenAI charges and hope someone might be able to help.
My situation:
- I've already cancelled my OpenAI account some time ago
- Despite this, I'm still being charged $2 USD (not in Euros) monthly
- I've already blocked my credit card and ordered a new one
- I haven't even opened the new card yet, so I don't know the card number or the verification code (the three-digit security code)
- Despite blocking my card, the charges are somehow still going through, which is very concerning
Steps I've already taken:
- Sent a support email to OpenAI (haven't received a helpful response yet)
- Blocked my credit card and requested a new one
This issue has been ongoing for three months now, and I'm honestly at a loss. I can't understand how charges can still be processed when my card is blocked.
If anyone knows who I can contact directly at OpenAI or has experienced something similar and found a solution, I would be extremely grateful for your help. Their support hasn't resolved my issue, so this forum is my last hope.
