Bug Report: changing window focus resets position to last edit
`Steps to Reproduce`

below is the actual prompt i used within testing:

this is just a test. i'm going to:

  1. send this prompt
  2. i will edit this prompt
  3. switch back to the first version of the prompt
  4. switch focus to a different window
  5. switch focus back to the ChatGPT desktop app
  6. make note of which version of the prompt is active
`Expected Result`

clicking back into the ChatGPT window would not change position within the prompt edits

`Actual Result`

it flips back to the last edited version of the prompt

this doesn't happen with fewer edits. for example it did not happen for edits 1-9. iow after the 8th edit i could go back to the original version of the prompt. click into a different window. click back to chatgpt. and it would stay on the original edit.

and while i would love to continue testing this and the original project that brought this issue to the surface i'm currently out of GPT 4o juice 😃
