Bug Report: Recurring Pop-up Message about o1 Limit Reach
`Steps to Reproduce`

When o1 usage limit is reached, the pop-up message shows when opening the Android app.

`Expected Result`

Opening the Android app without the constant pop-up message about o1 unavailability.

`Actual Result`

Each time the Android app is open, the pop-up message shows if o1 usage limit has been reached.
