Bug Report: MacOS app bad info.plist wrongly preventing app from launching in some circumstances
`Steps to Reproduce`
Open ChatGPT on one MacOS user account. Change to another user and then you will find that ChatGPT refuses to run without the other user's instance being killed off.
See /Applications/ChatGPT.app/Contents/Info.plist and find that LSMultipleInstancesProhibited is true instead of being the correct value of false (or the key not present at all)
`Expected Result`
ChatGPT runs without concern for what other users are doing on the system
`Actual Result`
A dialogue box says that another user is running it and it cannot launch
