Bug Report: Customize ChatGPT form deletes data!
`Steps to Reproduce`

In the Windows app, open the menu and go to Customize ChatGPT.
To test this you need to have active data in the traits and interests fields.
Without making any other changes, toggle the Web Search checkbox.
Save the form. Re-open the form. The checkboxes are correctly set but the traits and interests fields are now empty.

`Expected Result`

Only changed fields should be modified

`Actual Result`

It seems the original data isn't repopulated into the result set before it's resaved to the database.
When the form is re-opened the text fields are empty.

`Environment`

Windows 10

If you have done this to yourself accidentally, open the options in another UI and you might see the text fields there if they have not been removed from cache. You can copy the fields and then go back to the Windows app to replace and save.

#

There might be other triggers that cause these or other fields to clear. This might happen in other apps. I have not done a full QA on this issue (not getting paid to do QA for OpenAI yet). I can only suggest that before you make changes in these forms, save the text data somewhere else, save the form, and recheck the fields before you delete your saved text.

#

It's a good idea to export all of your chat data once in a while anyway: In case something like this happens the data is "somewhere" in your exported zip file.

#

I've verified that the browser UI does not clear the fields.

#

I've also verified that the Windows app does not seem to save the text fields at all, even after they are reset.

#

Re-Set the fields in the browser, refresh the Windows app, and the fields are back in the app.
