Bug Report: ChatGPT Inception

`Steps to Reproduce`

Asked to produce a canvas and another instance of ChatGPT appeared. I prompted the model to create a canvas after enabling a temporary chat.

`Expected Result`

The correct canvas should have been created

`Actual Result`

A new web browser based instance of ChatGPT opened
