Bug Report: "Ongoing 'An error occurred while generating a response' issue."
`Steps to Reproduce`
I was working on a book draft in a chat when I got the error: 'You have reached the maximum duration for this conversation, but you can start a new chat to continue.' It didn’t resolve for a week, and forums confirmed it wouldn’t be fixed. So, I downloaded the draft to my computer and uploaded it as a file in the 'Projects' section. Then, I tested if it worked by asking questions based on the file to see if it could respond correctly

What I expected was for it to correctly answer my questions about the past story using the uploaded files

At first, everything was working fine. But now, I keep getting the 'An error occurred while generating a response' message on that page, and it has been ongoing for a long time. What could be causing this?
