Bug Report: Custom Instructions not saving propel
`Steps to Reproduce`

I am logged in via the android app and I also have a session using the android chrome browser in desktop mode. When editing my custom instructions I have had a lot of problems with saving the changes and having those changes arbitrarily revert. I have also had the ebtire instructions clear its self.

`Expected Result`

I should be able to edit my instructions on various platforms simultaneously and they should be retained when saved and I should see the same instructions on every platform.

`Actual Result`

After making a changes and saving it on one platform the change is not always reflected on another platform. The save feature does not work in many instances. I have also simply lost all of my institutions a few times despite having saved them properly.

Android 14 - Android client / Chrome Browser in desktop mode on same Android 14 phone (Galaxy s23)

I have observed this bug in the desktop, Windows and Chrome.

Turning off custom instruction caused it to wipe both fields.

I am certain I didn't accidentally clear it.

Replacing the fields was difficult, it seemed to only try to save one. About 12 tries to replace both fields.

i reported this a couple days or so ago as well, here and to Support. Oops, my bad that I missed this report, but mine was much more specific. 🤓
