Bug Report: The regenerate button disappears after using canvas
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Ask ChatGPT to use canvas
`Expected Result`

When exiting the full-screen window of canvas, the regenerate button should be available in every message, including previous ones

`Actual Result`

The regenerate button disappears and it's hard to regenerate responses or switch models

Web version (mobile, not sure if web PC is affected)

small correction:
the regenerate button disappears when using canvas, regardless of whether it's been used or not

Adding that the regenerate button, and some additional related functionality... disappears for some aspects of the model. And that this MAY connect to Canvas somehow, even without Canvas being used.

Like... custom GPTs. This is a new chat. There's no canvas. But... I am invited to open canvas to edit instead of having an option to regen.
