Bug Report: Showing partial (raw?) CoT unformatted.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Here's what I did to the best I can describe it:
While o3-mini was thinking, I was clicking random buttons on my mouse.

`Expected Result`

o3-mini would provide a summarized, grayed out CoT visible under the Thinking tab that could be viewed.

`Actual Result`

o3-mini displayed what appeared to be the raw CoT above the thinking tag and not grayed out. The CoT was partially chopped off.

`Environment`

Windows 10, Firefox, and my mouse double clicks often.

May be of concern since I know OpenAI doesn't want to leak their CoTs. Not 100% sure it's raw, but it looks like it.

The proper, grayed out, summarized CoT is still there, but this appeared on top.

Also, clicking the box led to that gray box being opened/closed, like it was the thinking button.

This just happened again, this time I was not clicking randomly. This chat was within a project, so I cannot share it.

It seems to be more of a formatting issue, not the actual raw CoT.

Actual thinking process is quite long and new lengthened summaries are about this size

It also littrraly just lists out what it is doing not the trial and error that reasoning is based on

Alright, thanks. I knew it wasn't all of it, I just wasn't sure how much (it cuts off at the end). Probably just a formatting issue then.
