Bug Report: Italics takeover
`Steps to Reproduce`

Begin and continue a chat with 4o.

`Expected Result`

Manuscript formatting: Roman for dialogue and actions. Italics for emphasis.

`Actual Result`

Each response has more italics creep in until entire response is in italics.

`Environment`

App, GPT4o, Samsung S20.
