Bug Report: chatGPT can't generate a download link to the requested file after creation
`Steps to Reproduce`

I asked chatGPT 4o to create a schedule file In excel format with descriptions and modifications suggested, and it said generating the file, but working state kept getting reset or producing an error as a result.

`Expected Result`

An excel schedule with charts linked to the schedule for a better visual understanding.

`Actual Result`

The file was successfully generated by the AI but as the AI itself mentioned, it was unable to create or generate a download link for the file.

Android, latest chatGPT Version available on play store.
