Bug Report: Generated Links Not Clickable
`Steps to Reproduce`

After asking o3 to search and source a number of restaurants and provide links to them (a task it failed at) I used a GPT to find many of them (likely due to an outdated index or over reliance on Bing ppaces). This found a significant number of the restaurants’ links. A number of them were still missing so I asked the llm to generate a Google search url with a query parameter. None of these are clickable despite them presenting as links.
