Bug Report: Can’t Open o3 Search Links
`Steps to Reproduce`

After asking it to search the web, and it provides the sources at the footer, more often than not the links are not clickable. Holding so that ‘open link’ shows neither works.

`Expected Result`

Links are provided inline and sources are correctly attributed such that the user can verify output.

`Actual Result`

Nothing, links to do open.
