Bug Report: Deep Research fails to execute queries after follow-up question
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Start a Deep Research request
  2. Respond to the follow-up question
`Expected Result`

My query is executed.

`Actual Result`

Deep Research says it's going to go and execute, but then nothing happens. Sometimes if I wait a long time it will eventually give me a "request failed". The last 5 or 6 queries I've tried have all failed. It was working better yesterday morning.

Seconded. It just ends. Are these failures consuming Deep Research credits for the Pro plan?
