`Steps to Reproduce`

Be a UK pro user
Log on via US IP address (company VPN)
See "Deep Research" toggle
Toggle it on
Ask a research question

`Expected Result`

Research happens?

`Actual Result`

The model doesn't know what research is and can't even search the web.

More details / hypothesis:

The button is visible on my work machine, but not on my personal machine.

I suspect it's region locked at the account level, but displayed based on user location. Maybe you need to be both a US user and in the US in order to use it?

I don't know, but the button visibility logic should use the same test as the general eligibility check, or weird things happen cross-region.
