Bug Report: ChatGPT conversation history disappearing & "error generating response" issue

`Steps to Reproduce`

1. Open ChatGPT and continue an existing conversation.
2. At some point, previous AI responses disappear, leaving only user messages.
3. Instead of the last AI message, the error "There was an error generating a response" appears.
4. Refreshing the page does not restore the missing responses.

`Expected Result`

All responses should remain visible, and conversations should be preserved without losing AI-generated messages.

`Actual Result`

1. AI responses disappear from the chat history.
2. Error message appears instead of the last AI response.
3. Refreshing the page does not fix the issue.

Windows 10 Pro, Chrome v. 132.0.6834.160

There is no way to find the beginning of the error to give a link, because after the update it disappeared, and the chat does not return to the place of the missing messages.. but I still can’t continue writing, the dialogue stands still, and subsequent messages disappear
