Bug Report: o3-mini-high stopping midway, wasting limited requests

Just ask him to do stuff, like correct some code by providing some of yours

`Expected Result`

It should at least answer somethings

`Actual Result`

It often just stops midway, just tells it reasoned for XX seconds with a few steps bellow and nothing else
