Bug Report: Mac Desktop App can't read paired applications open files
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open the Mac desktop app, pair with an applciation. Ask GPT to read the contents of the currently open file.

`Expected Result`

GPT should output the currently open file

`Actual Result`

GPT makes up random content and says it's the currently open file
